Why Lifestyle?

There’s nothing quite like reliving kodak moments spent with the ones that matter most. The photos that make me feel are the ones that don’t always make the cut - the imperfect, the outtakes. The “quick honey, grab the camera.” That’s where the magic lies. If you want to remember your children as they are, we may be the perfect fit!

These short films will have you shedding tears and counting blessings, all while preserving your most sacred moments. Film projects are collaborative from start to finish and have all the heart and grit of a lifestyle session, but in motion. Don’t take my word for it…

Where will my session be?

I have both earthy and urban, timeless options for all seasons and am open to venturing anywhere. That said, my preference will ALWAYS be an in-home session. The power behind a true lifestyle session starts with the location, and the truer to YOU it is, the more genuine your photos/film will be. Think back to your favorite childhood photos…are you on a street, smiling alongside your siblings in a crisp row, or are you eating cereal on the kitchen counter while your mom puts on your socks? I’m here for all the “ahh that takes me back,” photos.

How do I prepare my house for an in-home session?

This seems to be the most frequent of frequently asked questions! Feel free to declutter a bit in common family rooms, but I expect nothing more than this. Leave the dishes in the sink and count on me to capture your story in a way that transports you back to these moments - even decades from now.

What should we wear?

I create pinned mood boards for each session to help with session concept and outfit inspo. I suggest color palettes for the whole family based on season, latest trends and personal style. Basically, I got you! I’m not big on shared props, but encourage personal items, such as blankets, florals, hats, ultrasounds and toys. OH, and pets!
